Refund Policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel good about every RetireShield purchase. If a digital product does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or write to contact@retireshield.com with the email address you used at checkout and the product name.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, access to the related downloads is disabled.

Requests after 30 days

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately, refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Even so, if something is wrong with your order, contact us at any time and we will make it right.

Duplicate or failed delivery

If you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, or cannot access a purchased download, email contact@retireshield.com. Include the email address used at checkout and the product name. Never send full card details by email.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.
