Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and American Signal Media, LLC (“RetireShield,” “we,” or “us”) governing use of this website, newsletter and products.

Educational service

RetireShield provides general educational information and organizational tools. It does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, Medicare-plan or benefits advice and does not create an advisory, professional or fiduciary relationship.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, copy or resell paid materials, or use the service unlawfully.

Digital products and payments

Prices and included materials are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the delivered materials for your own household. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale or redistribution. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep materials current, but rules, limits, deadlines and programs can change. Verify important information with the responsible official source before acting. We may update, correct or discontinue content and products.

No guaranteed result

We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, savings, refunds, benefit amounts or any other outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetireShield and American Signal Media, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service or financial decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Intellectual property

The site, newsletter and product materials are owned by or licensed to American Signal Media, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at contact@retireshield.com, and we ask that you give us that chance first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and RetireShield agree it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court—except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek to stop unauthorized use of intellectual property. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are handled on an individual basis, and you and RetireShield waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing us with your name and the words “arbitration opt-out.” Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
